My name is Cayla Saalfield! I am a sophomore at Keene State College. I live in Merrimac Ma. I enjoy wakeboarding and wake surfing in the summer time and visiting the beaches a lot. In the wintertime I enjoy snowboarding and being by the mountains. During the summer I've enjoyed expiriencing different places and now take an interest in hiking and being outdoors.
I enjoy graphic design and seeing the different career paths you can take from it. For many years I've been interested in the process of how animation works. I have been recently working towards that field. After years of watching one of my family members work on producting movies, I easily got inspired off of her work.

As I love the wintertime and the whole experience snowboarding, I love looking at new equipment to purchase too. Even if I don’t need any. On the website, as you first go on you can see photos of snowboards and along the top it’s organized into the specific sections you may need to shop for. Whether it’s new stuff, women, mens, kids, etc. Under those sections you can look for the specific equipment you’re looking for or just some clothes. I enjoy the organization and the clean white background as it’s easy to navigate and go directly to what you are looking for.
One store I love shopping from is Nike. I like their athletic and good quality clothing. They first show photos of their products in action with clothes and shows. The of the page has sections of who you are shopping for women, men, kids, to see what’s new, to see what’s going on sale and accessories. Hovering over those you can see what kind of clothing or equipment you are looking for.
The New England boat show is an event that I visit once a year. As I live on a lake and do enjoy boats, this event is very enjoyable to me. I do use this website yearly and it is one of my favorites. It first shows you the dates of when to go. You are shown what brands are being shown, a map of the floor plan to make sure you don’t get lost and that you’ve seen every section. On the front page of the website it shows photos of what you’ll see in the event, the dates of when to go again, and things to do. The top is very easy to navigate especially if you are purchasing or just looking. It gives the black and white organizational look while adding the color of blue.
